PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and the capacity efficiency, by sealing a metallic frame, which is obtained by working one metallic plate by photoetching, and a metallic leading-in wire, which forms lead wires used for fitting an element also, airtightly by glass. CONSTITUTION:Desired resistor films 51 and 52 are stuck to a metallic slice to etch this metallic slice, and resistor films 53 and 54 are stuck to it to etch it and resistor films are removed to form a metallic frame 56 having a section 55. Next, a through hole 57 is provided in the part, which is indicated by the dotted line, of this metallic frame 56 by the laser beam or electron beam work. Assembling jig is then used to pile up a metallic frame 85, a frame to form lead wires 81a and 81b used for fixing a quartz oscillator also, and a glass, and they are heated, and the glass is melted to seal the glass and metals airtightly, thus forming a stem 8. A quartz oscillator 82 is fitted to lead wires 81a and 81b, and a metallic cover 84 is caused to adhere to the stem 8 in a vacuum. |
