PURPOSE:To reduce the area of a header part and prevent staying of a working liquid in a radiation cylinder part by bending parts outside the transparent vacuum pipe of a heat pipe at two or morew positions and locating the heat-exchange part at close to the collector side than the above described bent parts. CONSTITUTION:In a case where the collector (not shown) is installed with a gradient of for example 30 deg., a heat pipe 3 is bent to the collector side within a header case 6, and is again bent to be connected to the radiation cylinder 5 at its lower part. By this procedure, the occupied area by the header can be reduced. Furthermore since the connected part betwen the pipe 3 and the radiation cylinder 5 comes rectangular with respect to the horizontal face, no liquid condensate stays within the radiation cylinder 5.
