CONSTITUTION:When control for a floppy disc (FD) 2A is completed, the FD. LSi3 of a controller 1 stores the position information of a head of the FD.2A into the address TKA of a head position information register 7 in an FD adapter 6. Thence, when there is a read or write instruction to the FD.2B, the content of an address TKB is transferred to a track register 5. Thence, a command code and a seek address are transferred to the FD.LSi3. The FD.LSi3 seeks the FD. 2B in accordance with this, and after this, it executes read or write into or from the FD.2B. If necessary, at this time, the content of the status administrating part 8 in an FD adapter is utilized. |
