PURPOSE:To obtain a separating pawl free from any deformation on its tip against a heat roller heated to >=200 deg.C, and having good antitackiness and mold release property, by using a pawl made of a heat-resistant synthetic polymer and coating at least the surface of its tip with a fluorine-containing polymer. CONSTITUTION:A separating pawl 1 made of a heat-resistant synthetic polymer is coated on its surface with a fluorine-containing polymer 2. As the heat-resistant synthetic polymer, aromatic polyamide, aromatic polyester, polyamide- imide, aromatic polysulfide, aromatic polysulfone, aromatic polyetherketone, etc. are used. As the fluorine-containing polymer 2, polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoro propylene copolymer, polytrifluorochloroethylene, fluorovinylidene-trifluorochloroethylene copolymer, etc. are suitable, and this resin is coated at least on the tip of the pawl. |
