PURPOSE:To make the diagnosis of registers and FFs by microprograms possible by operating the registers and FFs moving nonasynchronously with the execution of the microprograms synchronously with the microprograms in the specific mode. CONSTITUTION:The 3rd FF8 indicating that a part or all of the 2nd registers 7, 9, FF groups operate synchronously with the execution of microprograms when the microprograms are stored in the 1st register 3 and FF groups as well as a control means operating a part or all of the 2nd registers 7, 9, and the FF groups synchronously with the execution of the microprograms when the 3rd FF8 indicates that the 2nd registers 7, 9 and the FF group operate synchronously with the execution of the microprograms. The diagnosis of the 2nd registers 7, 9 and the FF groups by the microprograms is made possible. |
