PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct periodical analysis, by providing a computer system which is capable of automatically sampling oil from an oil line at every given period of time of an operating machinery. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1 is equipped with operating machinery of a machine tool, etc., such as a power source terminal 2 which is connected to a power source through a starting switch, a timesetting switch 3, a sampling commanding output unit 4 and an alarming output unit 5. When the operating machinery is started, actual operating time of the operating machinery is integrated by a time integrating circuit, and when a preset time comes, a sampling commanding signal is given to a solenoid 9a. Then, an electromagnetic valve 9 is opened, and a sample oil is introduced into a sample bottle 11 from an oil line 10. The electromagnetic valve 9 is closed by receiving a valve-closing signal after the end of the preset time, and an alarm 12 sounds alarm and therefore, the sample bottle 11 is replaced and a resetting button 17 is turned ON. |
