PURPOSE:To enable to measure simply and stably and to obtain an easy transferable ATR measuring device by providing such a constitution as to detect an absorbing intensity of light passing through an infrared transmitting fiber which is provided to a sample cell. CONSTITUTION:An infrared transmitting fiber 3 is provided to a sample cell 4 with the packings 6, 7. The light emitted from a light source 1 is condensed to an input terminal of the fiber 3 by a concave lens and is absorbed in accordance with conc. of measured components passing through the fiber and absorbing intensity is detected by a detector 2. Thereby, simple and stable measurement is possible and a movable ATR measuring device is obtained. |
