Bicycle handlebar luggage bag - has rigid aerodynamic shape incorporating headlamp and protecting cyclist's hands against rain and cold

The handlebar luggage bag incorporates the headlamp (3) and its aerodynamic shape. Its displacement from the handlebar allows the cyclist's hands to be placed in the centre of the handlebar to protect them from rain and cold. The bag can have air deflectors to aid forward movement of the cyclist. It avoids the use of a metal luggage carrier and a support for the headlamp. The hand protector (1) is slightly bent up and back and the cover (2) is sealed against weather. Fixing is by lugs (4) and straps and a bellows joint cover (5).
