PURPOSE:To erase injured marks cut in a stationary mixing chamber by a small plate by a method wherein a resin is advanced irregularly in the stationary mixing chamber by the small plate and, after gradually spreaded to a width direction to be formed into a plate like form, a resin stream is bent in an arc form to be extruded in a flat plate like form. CONSTITUTION:A resin melted in an extruder 1 is entered into a stationary mixer 3 and mixed well while advanced along small pieces 32, 33, 34. After the resin is gradually spreaded to a width direction at a die enlarged part 4 to be formed into a plate like form, a plate like resin stream is bent in an arc like form toward a flow direction at a bent part 5 of the die bent part 5 and extruded in a flat plate like form. As described above, injured marks cut by the small pieces 32, 33, 34 in the stationary mixer 3 can be erased. |
