PURPOSE:To reduce the operation time with a lighter armature by constructing an armature with an elastic member and a beam member engaged with a printing wire while the elastic member is formed in such a plate as to horizontal from the direction of deflection to that of oscillation. CONSTITUTION:An armature 21 composed of a plate spring 21A fastened on a block 218 made of a magnetic material, a beam 21C fastened on the block 21B and a printing wire 11E connected to the beam 21C. The plate spring 21A is so arranged that it meets a specified spring constant to eliminate deformation during the printing, while the value (l) is lessened within a allowable stress. The value (b) is restricted by a space which is adjacent to the armature 21. This can reinforce the armature 21 with the beam 21C in the direction of a force working on the printing, while ensuring a lighter weight thereof. Thus, a high speed driving is possible. |
