PURPOSE:To improve the yield of aditives by adding the additives to the falling point of tapping flow under specific projection conditions. CONSTITUTION:The tapping flow 2 tapped from a converter 1 or the like is received in a receiving vessel such as ladle 4. Additives 7 such as, for example, Al, are projected at the falling point of the tapping flow 2 within a D<=1.5d (D: the projection range of the additives, (d): the diameter of the tapping flow 2) range under the conditions of >=10m/sec projection speed. By the above-mentioned method, the additives 7 are mixed and dissolved immediately by the tapping flow, and since they have less chances of exposure to the atmospheric air, the consumption of the additives which are easy to oxidize is suppressed. |
