PURPOSE:To permit easy formation of an original disk by alternately forming guide grooves for tracking and information pit arrays on a disk, thereby forming spiral signal patterns. CONSTITUTION:The tracks 2 for guiding and the information pit arrays 3 are alternately formed on a line of spiral centering at the center P of rotation (center of center hole 5) of a substrate 1. Reading out of the information from the information pit arrays 3 and writing of proper user's information onto the guide tracks 2 are, therefore, possible. Writing of the user's information associated with the information to be red out of the information pit arrays 3 onto the next guide track continuous with the information pit arrays is consequently possible. The formation of the original optical information recording disk is thereby permitted. |
