PREPARATION OF FRP PLYWOOD

PURPOSE:To adhere an FRP layer and a plywood certainly and strongly by a method wherein the FRP layer and the plywood having pierced pores are laminated and, after both of then are hermetically sealed with a film, air in the hermetically sealed body is evacuated to suck a resin of the FRP layer into the pierced pores. CONSTITUTION:A FRP layer 2 is placed on a mold 1 and a plywood 4 having pierced pores 3 provided thereto is stacked thereon. A surface of the plywood 4 is covered with a film 5 and, after outer peripheries of said film 5 and the mold 1 are clamped by a clamping jig 7, air between the film 5 and the mold 1 is evacuated from an air evacuating pipe 8. As described above, because a resin of the FRP layer 2 is sucked into the pierced pores 3 of the plywood 4, the FRP layer 2 and the plywood 4 can be adhered certainly and strongly.
