PURPOSE:To reduce the unbalance of a slot leakage reactance by equalizing the numbers of upper conductors and lower conductors for each phase when the starting end of both sides of coil is inserted into the upper port and the finishing end of both sides of the coil is inserted to the lower port. CONSTITUTION:When double layer lap winding is formed in such a manner that the starting end of both sides of coil is inserted into the upper port and the finishing end of both sides of the coil is inserted to the lower port of a slot, the respective coils are disposed and inserted so that the numbers of conductors to be inserted into the upper and lower ports of the slot become equal. For example, when the U-phase N pole at the starting end is inserted to the lower ports of #1-5, 13-17, with U-phase S pole is as the finishing end to be inserted to the upper port of #16-20, 28-2. The numbers of the conductors to be inserted into the upper and lower ports become equal to each other for the other V-phase and W-phase. |
