A body (3) adapted to be attached to the engine, has an intake passage (1), an exhaust passage (22) and a water and steam passage (5); the intake passage (1) directs the intake air or intake fuel-air mixture to the inlet ports of the engine through manifold outlets (12), the exhaust passage (22) directs the exhaust gas from manifold inlets (21) to an exhaust pipe, and the water and steam passage (5) directs steam to an opening (52) provided in the intake passage.
