PURPOSE:To prepare a hamburger steak keeping the original taste and flavor of the components in the raw material of the hamburger steak, by forming the raw material without applying external force of pressure. CONSTITUTION:The raw material 2 of a hamburger steak is dropped continuously to the surface of the base plate 1[the step (a)]. The raw material 2 on the plate 1 is pressed lightly from above and spreaded to a formed sheet 3[the step (b)]. When the hamburger steak is to be stuffed with an ingredient, the raw material 2 is dropped circularly along the circumference of the formed sheet 3[the step (c)], and pressed lightly from above on the base plate to spread the raw material and form a ring 4 having a hollow cavity 5. The formed raw material is heated from one side, and boiled. |
