Moulding hollow wood chipboard receptacles - in mould with central spring-loaded retractable plunger in mould cavity base to provide uniform chip distribution

A mould, to produce hollow bonded wood fibre/chip receptacles, consists of a lower female recessed tool to receive the material and top male tool; a central plunger moves into the base of the recess of the bottom tool and is spring-loaded. Moulds receptacles with uniform densification i.e. eliminates problem of excess densification at base.
