<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of a die lip and to obtain a superior coated surface by melting a polyolefin resin having a specified value or below of physical property value measured with a specified capillary rheometer under specified conditions and by extruding the molten resin to coat the surface of a paper or synthetic paper substrate. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin composition having >=5 value (n) is melted and extruded to coat the surface of a substrate. The value (n) is obtd. when a straight line connecting 3 measuring points of the value of penetration resistance during the extrusion of the resin composition corresponding to the value of L/D measured with a capillary rheometer at 200 deg.C and 1,000/sec shear rate intersects Y axis. The rheometer is provided with a block 4 with a cylinder 5 having 10mm. diameter, a capillary block 6 having 45 deg. angle theta, 3 kinds of capillaries 7 having 1.5mm. diameter D and 10mm., 20mm. and 30mm. length L, a thermostat 8 for heating, a lowerig beam 1, a load cell 2 and a plunger 3. Thus, the formation of inferior image quality due to the contamination of a die lip is prevented.</p> |
