<p>A die (1) fixation device of a forging machine comprises a holder (6) provided with a supporting surface (3) for the die (1), and clamps (9) for fixation of the die (1) in the holder (6) those clamps being connected with the holder (6) and the die (1) by means of a bolt joint (10). The clamps (9) are provided with profiled projections by means of which they are conjugated with the holder (6) and with the die (1) the latter thus being fixed in the holder (6) with the clamps (9). The supporting surface (3) of the holder (6) and of the die (1) has a cylindrical form which is coaxial to the working profile of the die (1) and to the forging axis of the machine. The conjugated surfaces of the projections of the clamps (9), as well as those of the holders (6) and the dies (1) have a conical form. The die (1) is fixed in the holder (6) against forging forces by means of a projection (5) and a slot and key connection (7) made on the supporting surface (3) of the die (1) and the holder (6).</p> |
