The sealing device is used for the intermediate space between a conductor tube, a cable or such element, and an outer tube. It has a support disc (20), a compression disc (22) and sealing disc (24), elastically deformable and sandwiched between the first two discs. Clamping bolts (30) are used for compression of the sealing disc, passing through bolt holes in all the discs. The outer tube (10) to be sealed contain several conductor elements (12,14), such as tubes. Each disc is fitted with a through aperture for each element. The bolt holes for the clamping bolts are so arranged that one such hole is provided opposite the halves of each through aperture. At least three bolt holes are distributed at regular angular spacing along the disc peripheries at small distance from the periphery edge, in order to provide a uniform compression of the sealing disc.
