The composition is characterized in that it is provided by means, on the one hand, of a solvent containing at least an aliphatic hydrocarbon and at least an aromatic hydroc-arbon of the benzenic or naphtalenic type halogenated or not, and on the other hand, of a de-emulsifying and dispersing agent pertaining to the group consisting of the oxyethylated mono and biamines with an aliphatic chain and the compounds of quaternary ammonium of the aryl-alkyl type in the state of sulfocyanated derivatives. The method is characterized in that this composition is dissolved in a proportion of 2 to 10% by weight in hydrocarbons, the solution is then projected on the residues under a pressure comprised between 2 and 15 bars, the resulting suspension is recycled and collected, and treated as crude oil. This invention applies to the collection and valorization of sludges which accumulate in storage and transport containers of oil products being either on the ground or on land and sea transport vehicles. |
