PURPOSE:To direct a large-diameter reflective mirror antenna to beams stably, by detecting the deviation between a pilot signal and a pilot antenna to vary the phase center position of an array antenna in respect to the beam control of the large-diameter reflective mirror antenna. CONSTITUTION:A primary feeding system 12 is arranged oppositely to a large- diameter parabolic reflective mirror 11 and is fixed by trusses 13. In the feeding system 12, antenna elements 14 are arrayed periodically two-dimensionally to constitute an array antenna. Complex weighting equipments 15 which can set driving amplitude and phase variably are connected to elements 14, and elements 14 are connected to summing curcuits 16. On the same plane of the array antenna, pilot antennas 17 of the same antenna center are arranged symmetrically in a square. The pilot signal is transmitted from an earth station to the antenna device in the comic space, and the signal received by the antenna 17 has the direction detected by a direction detector 21, and the phase center of the array antenna is directed to the beam direction of the antenna 17 by a signal processing device 22. |
