<p>PURPOSE:To detect plural points at the same time, by providing plural position detectors, phase detectors, and processing devices. CONSTITUTION:In a coordinate reader plate 1, many coils 3-1-3-N are arranged on a plane plate 2, and respective coils 3-1-3-N are excited by AC power sources 4-1-4-N independent of one another. This coordinate reader is provided with two position detectors 5, phase detectors 7, and processing devices 9 to detect plural points at the same time. The reference phase signal from a reference phase input terminal 8 is given to detectors 5, and respective outputs of detectors 5 are compared with the reference phase signal by detectors 7 respectively to generate outputs corresponding to phases of detection signals. Devices 9 convert outputs of detectors 7 to signals corresponding to use purposes and output them to respective output terminals 10.</p> |
