PURPOSE:To obtain a stereoscopic image signal as a television camera remains fix, by moving a scanning range position on the image pickup surface of the television camera, and changing the direction of an image pickup view center axis. CONSTITUTION:Television cameras 1a, 1b are provided so as to be opposed to an object P at an optical angle theta. Outputs of each camera are supplied to monitor televisions 2a, 2b, and a stereoscopic image is observed through a semi-transparent mirror 4 and deflection filters 5, 8. To horizontal and vertical deflecting coils 11a, 11b and 12a, 12b of each camera, deflection current supplying circuits 13a, 13b and 14a, 14b are connected, respectively. To each deflection current supplying circuit, a volume 25 is connected, and an object Q is set to an optical angle theta1 by adjusting this volume. In this way, it is possible to change a view center axis of an object as the television cameras 1a, 1b remain fix, and to move the scanning range on an image pickup surface Y, and the object of an optical position is observed as a stereoscopic image. |
