PURPOSE:To achieve signal transmission between devices without connecting them directly by a cable by optically displaying a signal from a main-body- side device at a prescribed position of a display device in accordance with a program, by photodetecting and converting the display light into an electric signal by a photodetecting element, and by sending the electric signal to a load- side device. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a main-body-side device (a) is displayed by light at a prescribed position of a display device (b) in accordance with a program set in the device (a) in advance. Then, signal transfer between the device (b) and a photodetector (f) is performed by light and the photodetector (f) receives light from the device (b) by a photodetecting element to convert the light into an electric signal, which is sent to a load-side device (c) through a signal line (g). |
