PURPOSE:To firmly fix the shading coil and to prevent its positional deviation by a method wherein a ring-shaped soldering material is inserted in the bottom of the inserting groove formed on the face of a pole, the shading coil of the same shape is inserted on the above, and the soldering material is fused by heating. CONSTITUTION:After a number of magnetic plates have been laminated, two paralleled insertng grooves 4 are formed on the pole face 3 of the E-shaped laminated core 1 which was fixed by caulking using a rivet 2. On the groove 4, an annular soldering material 5 such as silver or copper solder or the like, which was punched out by performing a press work, and a shading coil 6 of the shape same as the soldering material 5 are inserted with the soldering material 5 placed at the bottom. Then, the whole laminated core 1 or the neighboring part of the groove 4 is heated and the soldering material is fused, and the laminated core 1 and the shading coil 6 are fixed. |
