PURPOSE:To improve the simplicity of a structure and the copying performance by forming a titled roller in one body by preparing an efficient main body of a roller provided with fins in the inside by forging two semifinished rollers having an opening at each end and a boss section on the other end and bonding said semifinished products to each other or with a member for the end part. CONSTITUTION:A heat roller 10 is provided with a roller section 10A, a boss section 10B and plural fins 10C which are extended in the direction of the radius at the inside of the roller section, the main body of a roller is constructed by bonding semifinished products of the roller which are formed of aluminum alloy material by welding, press-contacting, etc in one body. A heater is inserted to the inside. As the end of a ribs 10C are promptly heated by a heater 2 and the roller section 10A is heated through heat conduction, the time of temperature rise of the roller is short. The semifinished products of the roller are simply manufactured by forging. The main body of the roller may be contructed simply by bonding the end member to an opening part instead of the semifinished products. |
