PURPOSE:To obtain easy-to-confirm and clear display of input patterns of a KANJI (Chinese character) input equipment, by expanding and storing patterns, stored in an input buffer, in a display buffer, and by displaying them. CONSTITUTION:To expand one-dot patterns in an input buffer IMB, for example, four times, addresses are increased twice in directions X and Y and 1 is added. Then, a CPU processes pattern information in the buffer IMB respectively and writes the result in a display buffer DMB. This processing is carried out covering all dots constituting the pattern information in the buffer IMB to obtain expanded pattern in the display buffer DMB, and they are stored and displayed on a display device DP. |
