PURPOSE:To secure the uniformity of service by greatly shortening the time until a transmission station is determined by suppressing the transmission waiting time of each transmission station, and by improving the transmission of a scramble signal for the right of transmission. CONSTITUTION:When only a control station CST is to send a transmission start signal POL, the transmission waiting time of each transmission station STi is set longer than upper-side one. When transmission stations STa and STc have transmission requests, the station STa starts sending information shortly after detecting the transmission start signal POL. Even when detecting the transmission start signal, the station STc waits for transmission until a transmission waiting time allotted to the station passes. During this period, the station STc knows that the station STa is in process of transmission, so it gives up its transmission. On detecting the completion of the transmission by the transmission station, the control station CST enters into next transmission. |
