PURPOSE:To facilitate an analysis of the cause of an error, by obtaining information enough for fault retrieval by performing processing up to logging at the time of the 2nd occurrence of an event. CONSTITUTION:The address control circuit of an operation hysteresis storage device is provided with an address register 10 stored with address information on the 1st event and a constant circuit 12 wherein jumped addresses of a register 10 after the occurrence of the 1st event and a constant for determining the stored address are set. The output of the circuit 12 and the address information from the register 10 are processed by an arithmetic circuit 14 to specify the jumped addresses. The output of this circuit 14 is compared with the address after the occurrence of the 1st envent by a coincidence detecting circuit 16, and a selecting circuit 20 generates an address by adding 1 to the address when the both are not coincident with each other, or by adding the constant from the circuit 12 to the address when coincident. Then, processing is continued up to logging at the time of the occurrence of the 2nd event to obtain information enough for fault retrieval. |
