发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR FLOWMETER OF EXPIRATION GASEOUS CARBON DIOXIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To utilize for a diagnosis, etc. of a disease by performing the measurement accurately, simply and without delay, by breathing the expiration breathed from a living body into a continuously flowing CO2 absorption liquid and recording a minute fluctuation of CO2 volume by an fluctuation of electric potential continuously. CONSTITUTION:A fixed quantity of primary and secondary amine compound is dissolved in a methanol-toluene mixture and a CO2 absorption liquid is sent from a storage tank 1 of the CO2 absorption liquid having about 10<-12>mol H ion dissociation degree to a nozzle 3 by a pump 2 continuously. On the one hand, expiration 13 is sent from a continuous sampler 14 to a nozzle 5 by a pump 12 and is mixed by a bellows- shaped reaction cylinder 4' and then, is sent from a U-shaped reaction cylinder 4 to a gaseous CO2 flow-rate measuring instrument 7 through a duct 6. A glass electrode 8 and a comparison electrode 9 are provided to the instrument 7 and the quantity of CO2 is recorded in a recorder 10. The already measured liquid is discharged from a discharge pipe 11. Thus, CO2 is measured continuously with good reproducibility in the accuracy of increase of 10<-0.2>pH concentration of the speed of 10ml/min CO2 gas flow rate and about 0.2sec response speed.
