PURPOSE:To ensure the highly efficient production of a casing ring for a portable watch in a small number and with various types, by setting a rather large size for the external shape of the casing ring by injection molding and then adjusting the size through a cutting process. CONSTITUTION:An external shape of a casing ring 2' is set in a rather large size with its inner measurement matched with a machine body 5'. Then the ring 2' is produced through an injection molding of a plastic material. The outer shape is then cut to be matched with the size of a middle 3' of the watch. In such way, the casing ring of a portable watch can be produced in a small number and with various types with use of a type of molding tool. |
