摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To detect starting point of machining by applying high-frequency current between the tool and work and detecting the contact of the tool with the work by means of an induction coil. CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency oscillator 8 is connected to a tool 4 and work 5, and the circuit is arranged to close when the tool 4 touches work 5. An induction coil 9 is installed at the tool 4 side to detect flow of high-frequency current. When the tool 4 is brought in contact with work 5 the high-frequency current flowing from tool side 4 to work side 5 is detected by the induction coil 9, and a pulse signal issued is amplified and transmitted to the controller informing of the starting point of work 5 and tool 4.</p> |
