<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the foamed body on the surface of which the peculiar irregular uneven pattern are stably formed, by heat-treating a basic material on which a thermoplastic synthetic resin including a chemical blowing agent at a decomposition temperature or less, and thereafter performing heating and foaming. CONSTITUTION:The chemical blowing agent is mixed with the sol which is obtained by blending plasticizer, a heat stabilizing agent, filler, and the like with paste resin. The mixture is applied on the basic material 2 such as paper, and dried. Thus a gel state is obtained and a resin sheet having foaming property is obtained. The obtained foaming resin sheet is heat-treated at the gelling temperature or more and also at the decomposition temperature or less of the chemical blowing agent. In this case, if the heat treating temperature is too high or the heat treating time is too long, the cubic pattern to appear on the surface of the foamed body is not distinct. Then, said foaming resin sheet is well heated to the composition temperature or more of the blowing agent and foaming is well performed. Then the foamed body having the peculiar uneven pattern 1 having a shark skin texture is obtained on the surface of the basic material 2.</p> |
