PURPOSE:To obtain the titled easily cookable food preservable over a long period, by crushing a mushroom having a proper size between a pair of hot rollers placed opposite to each other with a specific gap and rotating at low speed, peeling flakes of the dried mushroom adhering to the roller simultaneous to the crushing and breaking the flakes. CONSTITUTION:A mushroom 13 (e.g. Cortinellus shiitake) having a proper size is used as a raw material, charged to a hopper 10 and passed through a gap between a pair of rollers 11, 12 placed at the delivery end of the hopper and rotating at a low speed. The rollers 11, 12 are placed opposite to each other with a gap of <=0.5mm and heated at 100-200 deg.C. Simultaneous to the crushing, the mushroom is adhered to and dried on the roller to form flaky products 14, 14a, which are peeled off from the roller with a scraping members 11a, 12a placed at a side of the rollers 11, 12. The peeled flakes are charged into a crusher 15 and crushed with a blade 17 rotating with a motor 16 to obtain the objective food. |
