PURPOSE:To prevent oscillation of output waveform, by inserting a stabilizing resistor in the path from the emitter of a current amplifying transistor (TR) to the base of a TR at the next stage. CONSTITUTION:Stabilizing resistors Rs1-Rs5 are inserted in path from the emitter of a TRQ1 for the purpose of current amplification to the base of a TRQ2 at the next stage, and the path from the emitter of the TRQ2 to the base of a TRQ3 at the next stage. When a collector capacitance Cc of the TRQ1 at the 1st stage is greater, an oscillation is given in a loop A feeding back from the output side to the input side, and an undershoot and then a peak are generated in the output waveform. Thus, a delay is produced in the output when the said stabilizing resistors are inserted, allowing to prevent the generation of peaks. |
