PURPOSE:To protect a nozzle tip from the attaching of dust and to perform positioning of electrodes and a head readily by dividing an electrode holding part of a supporting frame, coupling the electrodes into grooves provided therein, and fixing the electrodes by upper and lower supporting frames. CONSTITUTION:A holder 11 is constituted by a lower member 11a and an upper member 11b. The lower member 11a is formed in a unitary body wherein a ring part having a circular hole 11c to which the cylindrical part of the head 1 is coupled is linked with a rectangular parallelopiped part having semi-circular grooves 11d and 11e which are coupled with the lower haves of two electrodes. A screw hole 14a, to which a screw 14 is screwed for fixing the head 1, is provided at the top of said ring part. The cylindrical part of the head 1 is inserted in the hole 11c, and the front surface of a flange part is contacted with the back surface of the holder 11. Thus the head is positioned and fixed by the screw 14. The semi-circular grooves 11d and 11e, to which the electrodes 4 and 5 are coupled, are provided so that the inserted electrodes are correctly located at the relative positions with respect to the head 1 and so as to meet the thickness of the electrodes. |
