发明名称 METHOD FOR ADSORPTION AND SEPARATION OF GASEOUS MIXTURE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase the rate of delivery of a separated gas at a low cost by feeding the gaseous mixture which are subjected to a primary evacuation to an adsorption tower after the end of desorption adsorbing an easy-to-adsorb component and feeding part of a hard-to-adsorb component into a desorption process, in separation and the like of N2 and O2 in air. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized raw material air and the like are fed into an adsorption tower 19, where the O2 which is an easy-to-adsorb component is adsorbed on an adsorbent 19a, and the N2 which is a hard-to-adsorb component is fed into a surge tank 31. At this tme, in an adsorption tower 21, a primary and secondary evacuations are started and when the internal pressure thereof goes equal to the O2 partial pressure in the air supplied to the tower 19, a desorption process is started. The partial pressure is lowered by flowing part of the N2 in a tank 34, whereby the O2 adsorbed on the adsorbent 21a is deaerated and is recovered through a main discharge pipe 7. When the low pressure N2 in the tank 34 is fed into an adsorption tower 21, low pressure boosting is accomplished to adsorb the O2 in the gases and feed the concd, and separated N2 into the tank 34. Thence, high pressure boosting is accomplished to feed the high pressure N2 in the tank 31, whereby high pressure adsorption is effected.</p>
