PURPOSE:To facilitate working of a thin magnetic body by a method wherein an amorphous magnetic body and an insulating film, which are of a ribbon style, are rolled in lapping together, and coated with resin, then pressed to form a plate or rod of a laminate and set to cut it into a desired style of core. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon of an amorphous magnetic substance 1 is laid on top of a ribbon of an insulating film 2 made of polypropylene or the to wind together on a large-diameter drum. Next, at this moment or before or after this winding, it is coated with quick-drying modified acrylic resin, or in case of a high operating temperature of the core, coated with epoxy resin of which the viscosity has been adjusted with methy ethyl ketone, or the like. Afterwards, a roll 3 made in such a way is pressed to form a plate or rod of the laminated body 4. Then, it is formed into a desired shape by cutting both the ends of it or punching. |
