<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a pressurized gas of a high concn. of an easy to adsorb gas effectively for adsorption and separation by supplying part of the gaseous mixture delivered out at the evacuation to an adsorption tower after the end of desorption and adsorbing an easy-to-adsorb component in a separation of N2 and O2 in air, etc. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized raw material and the like are fed into an adsorption tower 19, where the O2 which is an easy-to-adsorb component is adsorbed, and the N2 which is a difficult-to-adsorb component is concd., and is fed into a surge tank 30. Low pressure N2 is conducted into an adsorption tower 21, and a void gas is flowed to boost the pressure therein to low pressure and the O2 is adsorbed. The concd. N2 is discharged into a surge tank 33. Thence, the tower 21 is subjected to a secondary evacuation and the adsorbed O2 is discharged through a main discharge pipe 9. On the other hand, when the low pressure adsorption in an adsorption tower 20 is completed, the high pressure N2 is flowed therein and is boosted up to high adsorption pressure. Thence, the processes of the towers 19, 20, 21 are repeated successively with time deviation, so that the raw material air is separated to gases of high concns. of N2 and O2.</p> |
