PURPOSE:To shorten input operation time by displaying two-digit numeric information witn one through entry key, by providing a means of detecting whether an operation time signal generated by operating a key once is outputted for time longer than a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When a key K is operated continuously for >=1 second, a key operation signal A is inputted to an FF4, an inverter 5, and an AND gate 10 through a debounce circuit 3. With the output of the FF4, a one-second counter 9 is operated and the output of the counter 9 is inputted to the gate 10 one second later. A gate 10 inputs a pulse J with a 0.5 second period, and a one-digit numeral from the gate 10 increases at intervals of 0.5 second and displayed on a display part 2. When the key K is operated continuously more than once within one second, the counter 9 never generates the output because the output of the FF4 does not continous for <=1 second, an AND gate 12 is opened by the output of an FF7 and those of inverters 5 and 11 to increase a two-digit numeral on the display part 2 in response to every pulse generated, one by one, through the operation of the key K. |
