PURPOSE:To perform public money processing automatically and rapidly, by affixing an attestation seal to a public money slip only when the counted amount of money exceeds that to be paid. CONSTITUTION:An identification card 49 is sent to a card reader, which reads and sends the name, registration number, etc., oif a payer to a control part 20. When the payer specifies transfer, the amount of money inputted on a keyboard 9 and that from a slip 47 are compared and when the both coinicide with each other, the transferring of a prescribed amount of money is instructed to a computer 46. When the payer specifies cash payment, on the other hand, currency is inputted from a coin throw-in opening 6 and a paper-money throw-in opening 7 and discriminated and counted by a discriminating and counting means 36, etc. Then when the counted amount of meony and the inputted amount of meony are coincident with each other, the counted amount of money and the amount of money to be paid are compared. Only when the counted amount of money is greater than the amount of money to be paid, an attestation seal is affixed to the slip 47. |
