<p>PURPOSE:To save space for mounting on a vehicle to improve operability by arranging a transparent switch panel on the front surface of a CRT which displays the kinds and operation items of car-mounted devices, and by changing screens through the depression of switches. CONSTITUTION:On the front surface of a CRT20, an operation panel 10 where switches are constituted by applying a transparent conductive thin film on a transparent plastic sheet is arranged. On the CRT20, the kinds of car-mounted devices are displayed, and one of switches on the panel 10 which corresponds to the screen is pressed, thereby inputting a signal from the panel 10 to an encoder circuit 30. The circuit 30 inputs a page specifying signal 61 from a microcomputer muCM60, and a code from the circuit 30 is decoded at 40 to input a car- mounted device driving signal and a display page switching signal 41 to a driving circuit 50 and the muCM60, respectively. The muCM60 performs switching to the screen of an operation item which corresponds to the depressed switch and displays it on the CRT20. The switch which corresponds to the operation item screen on the panel 10 is depressed to operate a desired car-mounted device with a signal from the circuit 50.</p> |
