<p>In a lift truck which has an electrical control system (6) e.g. a thyristor pulse control system, for controlling the electric traction motor (3), this control system is also used according to the invention for controlling the pump motor (4) supplying the hydraulic lifting system, as a result of which sensitive and smooth control of the lifting function without the hitherto conventional hydraulic control means, such as, for example, electrically controlled hydraulic valves, is possible. A considerable simplification is thereby achieved. An electronic locking circuit preferably serves to switch over the electrical control system from the traction motor to the pump motor, which locking circuit, for example, makes it impossible to select the traction motor if the lifting device is not fully lowered. <IMAGE></p> |
