PURPOSE:To improve a filtering speed and a filtering capacity of a filter cloth and to prevent a clogging, by a filter cloth ased for soid-liq. separation constituted of twilled weave cloth consisting of specific warp and weft. CONSTITUTION:As a solid-liq, separating filter cloth for a pressurized wet type filtering apparatus such as a filter press, a twilled weave cloth, constituting of weft (1), (2), (3) consisting of coiled yarns and warp 1, 2, 3 consisting of non- twisted continuous monofilament in all or partially are used. In this case, a core yarn of the coiled yarn in mono- or multi-continuous filaments of the synthetic fiber, and sheath yarns are mono- or multi-continous filaments of the same. Besides, in filtering, the right side surface of the cloth, having twilled lines, is made to contact with liq. to be filtered directly so as to decrease the liq. press. at the back side lower than that of the right side. Thus, the solid-liq separation is performed in a large filtering speed and capacity with few clogging. |
