摘要 PURPOSE:To titled mechanism in which the ring is equipped with a tapered collar on the outside and a ring of smaller inner diameter than the diamter of the collar is fitted to the tapered part, thus preventing the formation of snarls and yarn breaks and causing no accidents of yarn breaks at the winding start. CONSTITUTION:On the outside of the body 3 following the ring flange 2 in the spinning ring 1, are fitted the upper collar 4 with a tapered surface and the lower color 5. A ring 7, which is made of a material of high friction coefficient such as rubber, of an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the collars 4, 5, is fitted to the tapered part and built in through a rotatory part such as radial bearing 8 or a sliding part such as teflon to the stationary ring 9 to from the brake mechanism for the rotatory ring. On operation, the ring 7 comes up and is stopped with the upper collar 4, whereas on stopping, the ring 7 comes down to contact with the surface of the stationary ring 9 to effect braking.
