PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably operate an AC motor by a method wherein the primary voltage of an AC motor and the control signals of the self-excited frequency converter are operated to generate the control signals for the separately excited frequency converter. CONSTITUTION:In an induction motor 16 the number of revolutions thereof and the angular frequency of the secondary conductor are controlled by the speed control circuit 29. The output signals of the secondary oscillating logic circuit 31 are impressed on the operation logic circuit 25 as well as on the pulse oscillating circuit 18 generating ignition instructions of the self-excited frequency converter 15. The operation logic circuit 25 generates the analogue signals relating to the angle of lead of control according to the output signals of the voltage phase detector 24 to give those to the function generating circuit 26. The commutation timing instructions of the logic circuit 25 advances the output current of the separately excited frequency converter 151 to stabilize the commutation. The output signals of the multiplier 27 controls the current of the forward converter 132 to control the output current of the self-excited frequency converter 152, the divider 28 controls the output current of the separately excited frequency converter 151. |
