PURPOSE:To obtain an acoustic material with high rigidity, to difficult generate resonance and maintaining flatness of frequency characteristics, by mixing high elastic fiber with a compound material to strengthen and by molding or foam molding this. CONSTITUTION:>=one or two kinds of high elastic fiber of carbon fibers are cut with approx. 0.1-10mm. and stirred and mixed in a melting solvent of pellet of ''DAMBI '' which is the compound material grown up to the modified twin crystal by mixing polyamide resin, lead powder and nucleating agent. After that, it is poured into the mold of the speaker diaphragm and is heated, pressured and molded to obtain the desired formed speaker diaphragm. When a high elastic fiber is mixed with the compound material ''DAMBI '', pyrolysis type foamin agent such as azodicarbonamide is mixed, for example, it is poured into the mold of the speaker diaphragm and foaming is performed simultaneously when it is heated, pressured and molded to obtain a speaker having air bubbles. Fiber reinforcing composite body (c) which is composed of ''DAMBI '' and high elastic fiber and the air bubbling body (d) provide high rigidity and high logarithmic decrement characteristics. |
