PURPOSE:To perform display in a form serving the purpose of measurement by outputting after data containing an error in measuring is replaced with logically appropriate one in accordance with the conditions of decision. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 5 compares the data D4 (internal conditions) from a reference current generator 6 which is set to a specified value in advance with a feeder current D1 as measuring data. And when the feeder current D1 is smaller than the data D4, a gate circuit 7 is closed and a gate circuit 8 is opened. With this, the replacement data D2 of zero ampere set in advance by a set current generator 3 is sent to a display device 4 as output data D3. On the contrary, when the feeder current D1 is greater than the data D4, the feeder current D1 itself is outputted to the display device 4 as the output data D3. |
