PURPOSE:To make a highly accurate and simultaneous quantitative analysis, by storing a data series of all elements in a memory while changing a luminous condition successively and processing the data by selecting a combination of optimum data to read said data series from the memory. CONSTITUTION:Photomultiplier cells P1-Pn of a spectrometer are provided at a position of a bright line of an element to be analyzed and of the inner standard element and the input is connected to intergrators I1-In through input relay contacts r1-rn controlled by a control circuit 1. The output of the integrators I1... is inputted to an A/D transducer 3 successively by a multiplexer 2 and is housed in the prescribed address of an RAM 4 as n units of data. Next, after charged electric charge of the integrator is discharged by discharge relays d1- dn, a luminous condition is varied and n units of data are stored in a memory 4. Pattern data previously determined to adopt some of each luminous condition in regard to each n units of data are stored in a data selection circuit 5 and the data by the most suitable luminous condition for every element are read on the base of said data. |
